After posting at least two live videos from Radiohead concerts that I found online, I can finally put one on here that I recorded! I recorded about 5 or 6 little pieces of songs and this one is probably the best of them. I wanted to put Street Spirit on here, because it's my favorite of their songs, they ended in it, and it's just amazingly haunting live, but you can totally hear me singing along to it! I'm a huge dork and even though you all know that already, I couldn't ruin a Radiohead video with my voice like that. Ok, so the concert was the best show I have ever been to, except maybe seeing Moby live the first time (that was just something I have never experienced since). I can't even fully put into words how I felt the entire show. Radiohead played for over 2 hours and I think I could have stood there for a dozen more at least listening to them. They can combine music and lights to create something your mind can barely wrap around. It was so great to look around and see everyone wanting to be there and just closing their eyes and not being able to stand still! There are only two shows I have cried at...Radiohead the first time and Counting Crows when I saw them at Deer Creek. It's not like I'm just so excited to see them and can't control myself like an early Beatles fan in the front row, but it's something different. I think I just really get into the music, and then when they play my favorite song, I can't help but cry. But, at this show it was weird. I felt like I was crying all over my body, but no tears were coming out. Anyway, like I said, it was an experience unlike any other. I wish everyone could have been there to see it! What a great way to end a week/start a week!
