ok, so i know that was yesterday, but I have been totally behind on everything lately! I can't seem to keep up with anything these days. I am getting up too late, getting to work too late, sending out cards too late, went over my time & mileage to get my oil changed, and about a million other things. I think it's what happens when you marry someone like Travis. Now after almost 4 years, I have turned into a procrastinator who doesn't seem to care as much anymore! Sorry Travis, but you know that's true!
I hope everyone had a great day yesterday either spending time with your moms or your kids. We had a good weekend overall. It was very eventful, or maybe just seemed like it due to the lack of sleep I received. Saturday night we got to see Eddie Izzard live at the Murat. I got Travis tickets for his show for Travis' birthday. It was a very good performance! If you haven't seen him live before, or even on TV, I think you need to. If you can keep up with his British accent and random ramblings that is! Now, of course 1/2 of his show did offend me and I think he was completely wrong, but I have to admit he did know more about the Bible than most Christians and he is still a genius when it comes to comedy. Also, we love his show The Riches and have to wait another year for it to come back on again.
After we got back from Indy, Travis dropped me off at the massage school and I went from there to South's post prom to do chair massages from 12:30-3:30am. 3 hours of being surrounded by tanned, dyed, sweaty, hormone-charged teenagers! Luckily I had 2 of my students there with me and I was all doped up on Dunkin Donuts munchkins and iced latte to pay too much attention and ended up having fun! I went to bed at 4am and then woke back up at 8:30am to go to church at 9:30, then we got back home to make lunch for our moms, Jerry, Kevin, & Kyle. They all hung around till about 4:30 eating, watching TV and playing Racko. We had a good afternoon with them and were glad they were willing to drive down in the rain to spend some time with us. After they left and after I emptied the dishwasher, folded 4 loads of laundry and watched an episode of Absolutely Fabulous we lied down to take a nap. But in no time, our doorbell was ringing and there was our friends Amanda and Shayna to hang out with us. I felt bad, because I think I was kind of a zombie for the first hour they were there! We had a good time with them though....we watched The Office, played a game of Racko, watched Royal Tenenbaums, and then the first episode of Arrested Development. I actually stayed up for all of that! Then it was finally off to bed.
So, overall a great weekend.

Maybe you're behind on things because your body is still stuck on the last day you got a good night's sleep!!
In fact, get off the computer and go to bed right now!!
