"hell no, we won't go"

the other day, I came close to hitting a fox! it came up on my right when i was driving down winslow rd. whenever i see animals like that totally out of place, i get reminded of how we are cutting down way too many trees and building way too many unnecessary buildings (i know, our house was newly built in a new part of an already existing addition, call me a hypocrite) where these animals called home! Then they are forced to run around like crazies looking for new shelter and end up in people's yards or on busy streets and get hit! it makes me very sad but it seems as if there's no stopping it anymore, not even in a great environmentally aware city like Bloomington. :(
