when you change your appointments with me over the phone, please be sure to change them on your own schedule

I was supposed to have a 1:00 client today. He was originally at 4:00, but called a couple of weeks ago needing to change around his last appointment and this one. He made it in for his last one no problem, but it's 1:19 and he is still not here. I just left him a message. We even went over when this one was going to be when he was in last. This means he probably didn't switch it on his blackberry or phone, or whatever electronic calender he has. I have to be at the school from 3-4 today to cover for Joey for an hour and then I have a 5:30 client. So, he either needs to get in here by 1:30 for his massage or not at all ( cause he can't do a 4:30 even if I wanted to squeeze him in - that's why we switched him up to 1) and I don't think I'll get someone else over here by 1:30 and not sure if I want to try and squeeze someone else in at 4:30. Well, we'll see what I come up.

ok, right after i posted this, I called him again and he was in the dentist's chair! go figure
