lots on my plate

Some changes are being made at our church in the childcare dept. And I have been asked to head-up those changes. For the Friday morning Roof Crashers classes, instead of paying people to come in and "babysit" the children, we are now moving to a volunteer system. The goal is to turn this into more of a ministry. Our purpose is to reach the "lambs" so we can reach the "sheep" as well. It's a wonderful ministry idea. A couple lovely ladies at church have put me in charge of this ministry to gather together volunteers for the regular shifts plus some to rotate through for storytelling, lessons, snacks, etc. My mind is already rolling with ideas to make this as effective as possible. I feel God has really blessed me by putting this in my lap. For some reason, these women see something in me and I pray that I can make their vision come true. Please take a moment when you have time to pray for this new ministry, that we can reach God's lambs and touch His sheep in doing so. Please pray that I can do what God wants me to do & that I can survive this added task to my plate. I'm working harder than ever right now, long hours, not much sleep, and my mind constantly filled with thoughts about church, camp, and work. I know this is God's plan, & He will get me through it.
